In Stock Items
Our items are one of a kind. We only offer pieces after they have been crafted. We may offer items that are similar in style, but have a different color, clasp, bead type, etc. These are still considered one of a kind.
Payment
We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Cash is only accepted if purchasing in person (ex. trade show, expo, etc.)
Shipping
Shipping is charged at checkout. We know that you're excited to get your new jewelry. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package by the specified date, please contact us so that we can find out why it is lost or delayed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Items can be returned within 21 days of receipt of the item if the items is damaged or defective. Please open your item immediately upon receipt and email us right away if there is an issue. If the item breaks after you've worn it, please contact us right away so that we can arrange a repair or replacement. We will reimburse $5 for the cost of shipping. If you simply do not like the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping. All items returned for this reason must be in original condition or no refund will be issued.
Orders
When placing an order we request information from you on our order form. In order process your order, we request that you provide your name and shipping address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date and Security Code (CVV). We will use this information only for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have any difficulty processing your order, we'll use this information to contact you.
